At the Falmouth Chocolate Factory, Nick and Marta guide you from Jamaican cocoa pod to finished bar. You’ll learn the island’s chocolate story, roast cocoa, temper dark chocolate with a hair dryer, and create custom inclusion bars. The 90-minute workshop costs $75 and accepts up to 12 people.
